Sunday 9th October - Burton Dassett Hills
Grade: Moderate
Info: 7¼ mile walk in pleasant countryside around Burton Dassett Hills

Sunday 23rd October - Warwick
Grade: Easy
Info: 7½ mile walk from Warwick Town to Warwick Castle, along the river, down the Grand Union Canal to Budbrooke and back to the race course, easy going unless it has rained a lot ! Please bring sandwiches

Stay in B&B's in Brecon on Friday & Saturday night (optional). Meet for drinks and meal out on Friday and Saturday nights. Book own Accomodation and confirm with Steve Bick before attending walks.

Weekend away: Saturday 29th October - Brecon Beacons Horseshoe
Grade: Difficult
Info: 9½ miles. A walk, which includes the three main peaks of the Brecons and arguably the finest mountain walk in South Wales, taking in Corn Du, Pen Y Fan and Cribyn
Start Point: 10am, at the Car Park at Cwn Gwdi Training Camp

Weekend away: Sunday 30th October - Allt Lwyd and Waun Rydd (Brecon Beacons)
Grade: Medium/Difficult
Info: 7½ miles. To the east of Pen Y Fan, are two summits of fine grassy slopes
Start Point: 10:30am, The minor road to the west of the Talybont Reservoir 2 miles south of Talybont-on-Usk. Car Park beside the reservoir (GD OS12 100197) Walk start point may change prior to day if weather poor, call to confirm.

Navigation Course: 5th & 6th November - Eyam, Peak District

Sunday 13th November - Ilmington and Surrounding Area
Grade: Easy/Moderate
Info: 8 miles, Circular walk along and over the low(ish) rolling hills that make up the northern most part of the Cotswolds. Good 360° views at some view points along the way if clear
Start Point: 10:30am, Road outside Red Lion Pub in the village of Ilmington, about 10 miles south of Stratford upon Avon. Plenty of parking on the road (Front Street) outside the Red Lion and on surrounding village streets.

Sunday 20th November - Warwickshire Villages
Grade: Easy
Info: 9 miles, Some superb views and charming villages. A marvellous windmill overlooking a Jacobean Manor House at Compton Wyniates. Minor up hills, possible pub stop midway but please bring your lunch.

Sunday 27th November - Chedworth Roman Vila from Northleach
Grade: Moderate
Info: 9½ miles, A stimulating walk through undualting countryside passing several features of historic interest.
Start Point: 10:30am, Park at the information centre adjacent to the Cotswold Country Collection Museum at the crossroads half a mile from Northleach (A429).

Sunday 4th December - Leicestershire
Grade: Moderate
Info: 9 miles, This picturesque country walk takes you over the three peaks of Leicestershire's Charnwood Forest. Passing through Swithland Woods, Bradgate Park, Boombriggs Hill and Beacon Hill gives the opportunity to see some of tghe best views in the county

Sunday 11th December - Half day walk plus pub meal, Fenny Compton Warf
Grade: Easy
Info: 7 miles, Walking from Fenny Compton Wharf, the route takes the Oxford Canal, then heads to Wormleighton Reservior. Plan to do walk first then have Sunday lunch/snack back at the pub.

Sunday 18th December - Bredon Hill
Grade: Moderate
Info: 7½ miles, A walk on Bredon Hill and through Worcestershire's Perry country. A walk through farmland, woodland and on a clear day panoramic views into Wales.
Start Point: 10:30am, Outside the church in Great Comberton Village (Parking at the roadside)
